2. Product License

When you purchase a Product from Education Success, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the template for personal or professional purposes. Specifically:

• Allowed: Use the template for your own academic, teaching, or personal organization needs. Customize and modify the template to fit your personal workflow.
• Not Allowed: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files with others. Create derivative products for sale based on our templates. Remove copyright notices or claim the template design as your own work.

3. Notion Platform Requirements

Our Products are designed for use with Notion. You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining your own Notion account (free or paid)
• Complying with Notion's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Ensuring your device and Notion app are compatible with the template

Education Success is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the listed amount.
• All purchases are one-time payments. We do not offer subscription-based products.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Products are delivered digitally immediately upon successful payment. Delivery methods may include:

• Instant download link provided on the order confirmation page
• Email delivery with download instructions
• Access through your account dashboard (if applicable)

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

• You must describe the issue you encountered and allow us the opportunity to resolve it
• If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our support team

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the Products will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• That the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That template features will remain compatible with future Notion updates
• Any specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or productivity results

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Education Success shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or academic consequences, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
